The Common Management Admission Test, CMAT 2019 is carried out by the AICTE (All India Council for Technological Education). It is an online test generated by the computer. How do CMAT Exam benefit for appearing for MBA?
The AICTE launched exam so that students would have to give only one exam instead of multiple exams and this would relieve their stress as they would also have to study less and repetitive studies would be omitted. This also helped ease some financial tension from the backs of the families of the students as they would only have to pay the fees for one exam rather than multiple examinations. Many institutes except the score of CMAT for MBA Career also, The CMAT exam was previously held twice a year, now it has been held only once a year, mostly in January month.
CMAT 2019 Eligibility Criteria
The Graduates who have scored a 50% in any course, as well as students studying in their final year of their Graduate Course, are eligible to apply for the test. The candidate applying for the Common Management Admission Test CMAT 2019 should be a citizen of India; NRIs are included in these criteria. AICTE has planned on introducing CMAT exam abroad as well for NRIs, Foreign Nationals etc to give to gain admission in Indian institutions.

The CMAT tests are three hours long and take place in two turns with the 400 marks questions. In CMAT test 2019 there are four sections in each paper and each of these sections contains 25 questions. Each correct answer is worth 4 marks and every incorrect answer causes one negative point. The basic syllabus for the Common Management Admission Test for MBA includes Quant, Data Interpretation, General Knowledge, Verbal Ability and Logical Reasoning.

The basic understanding of the CMAT Syllabus is that it the mathematical section revolves around Basic Mathematics i.e. the material we studied from grades 1-10.
